GOT7's Hard Carry (Hangul: GOT7의 하드캐리) is a South Korean reality television series starring GOT7. The series follows the members of GOT7 as they embark on various challenges. They released three seasons from 2016 to 2019.
Background[]
First season[]
The first season of GOT7's Hard Carry was revealed through GOT7's official Twitter and Facebook on October 7, 2016. They then did a live broadcast via V LIVE on October 11, 2016, where they revealed a list of things they wanted to do in the show and answered questions about the show. The episodes were both broadcasted weekly on Mnet at and released weekly on their official V LIVE from October 19, 2016 to December 21, 2016.
In the first season, GOT7 members completed activities on their bucket lists.
Second season[]
The second season of GOT7's Hard Carry, called GOT7's Hard Carry 2, was revealed through a visual teaser. The episodes were both broadcasted weekly on Mnet at 7pm KST and released weekly on their official V LIVE from September 26, 2018 to October 24, 2018.
In the second season, they go to various places and complete missions. In Hong Kong, they visited different landmarks and attractions. They go on a trip to Yangyang in Gangwon-do, Korea, where they learn how to surf and play games at Surfyy Beach. In Goyang, Gyeonggi-do, they have to try and catch each other's "tails" in a large-scale goose chase. They then relax with no script at an Airbnb.
Third season[]
The third season of GOT7's Hard Carry, called GOT7's Hard Carry 2.5, was revealed through a teaser on Mnet's official Youtube channel, M2. The episodes were both broadcasted weekly on Mnet at 7pm KST and released weekly on M2 at 8pm KST from November 13, 2019 to November 27, 2019.
Season 2.5 referenced the Avengers series as they participate in an even larger scale goose-chase than the previous season, where the playing field is now the entire Seoul area. The goose-chase has it's own twist, with all the members going after one person.

Trivia[]
- At the end of episode 3 of season 2.5, Jackson says that if he manages to flip a large bottle of juice, then they will get a daesang at the end-of-year awards. They then received a daesang for Performance of the Year at Asia Artist Awards in 2019.
- GOT7's Hard Carry 2.5 was a Canopus Winner for the Video / Online Video (Single) category at the Vega Digital Awards in 2019.[1]
